This is an original brochure for the Dutch market. It shows a CB500 Four (K0) in Candy Starlight Gold. This color was only used for the first model year. In '72 and '73 the color was replaced by the slightly darker Candy Custom Gold.
In these pictures you can see some of the distinctive features for the first model year: the small reflectors on the headlight mounts, a decal on the sidecovers below the '500Four', a thicker seat with a unique seat pattern, a different seat lock and (on some of the pictures) the low grab bar around the seat. Also seen here are the high handlebars used on American versions.
This is one of the most common brochures for the CB500 Four because the brochure was published in several languages for use in different markets.
