In 1973 the 500 Four received some more updates. This is the original brochure for the American market. It shows a CB500 Four K2 together with a CB750 Four K3 both in Candy Maxim Brown. Other colors available for the CB500 Four K2 where Candy Boss Green and Candy Flake Orange.
In these pictures you can see some of the distinctive features for the third model year: the bigger gauges, bigger taillight and taillight holder. Also the distinct white stripe on the side of the fuel tank is thicker than on previous models.
